CRAFT is a market for literary fiction and creative nonfiction; we will consider new readers who are comfortable with evaluating submissions in one or both genres.

If you enjoy literary work and the deep exploration of writing craft, and three to four hours each week of reading submissions sounds like fun, we encourage you to apply. Our readers work remotely and set their own schedules. This position involves a minimum commitment of six months. Applicants who advance to the second stage will be required to complete a reading test.
